If you complete comments or contact forms, then your details will only be used to publish your comments and, if you ask to be kept up to date with STOS activities, to send you occassional updates. STOS will try and keep your information secure and up to date.
The STOS databases are stored online with password protection in the EU.
STOS will not share any stored information with other parties without your permission (unless obliged to do so). Information you provide using this website may be shared between the STOS management committee members, and may be reproduced for marketing purposes on this site, on other on STOS material. Facebook Comments are stored on the Facebook servers and if the relevant box is ticked, those comments will be shared with your Facebook contacts.
You can always ask STOS to update or delete your details by email to using the contact form.
