I'm really delighted to have been invited to direct for STOS next year. Menken's A Christmas Carol is going to be a cracker (if you'll excuse the pun!!)!
The US TV movie version , starring Kelsey Grammer (Frasier), is available on DVD but is the biggest pile of pants possible - very American, schmaltzy, joyless, souless, not scarey etc etc. So, I'd advise listening to the soundtrack if you want to get an idea of the show rather than watching the DVD. If you do, don't let it put you off - our show will bear little resemblence to it!!
